On Christmas Eve our family hosts a candlelit dinner, and it is my favorite holiday tradition. There is something undeniably magical about sitting around a beautifully dressed table with candlelight casting a warm glow across the faces of the people you love most. When my mom hosted this traditional holiday meal, she would break out the good China, but at my house, we use our everyday dishware.
