If you like to arrive at parties with a gift for the host, you can’t go wrong with one of these 16.5-ounce candles that are somehow only $5 at Walmart. Each candle is made from hand-poured wax and includes two wicks for an even burn, according to the brand. Plus, it’s encased in a vintage-inspired decorative jar that your recipient can easily display in their home. Choose from six scents like Red Lava Citrus (my personal favorite, pictured above), Caribbean Sea Breeze, and White Peach and Daisy. I’m obsessed with these, and my mom and her best friend are, too.
Better Homes and Gardens Oval Galvanized Tub

After attending and hosting many parties, one of the top things I’ve learned is to have drinks within easy reach. A great way to do that is to place ice, sodas, water, and juice inside galvanized tubs just like this one that’s $13 at Walmart.
