Some say that once you use a bidet, you’ll never want to go back to using regular toilet paper. We confirmed this is indeed true with the Omigo Element+ bidet attachment. During testing, we felt the Omigo+ offered a fresh-out-of-the-shower feel.
The controls on the Omigo are simple as there’s one knob to control the heat and one for the spray, which alters between a powerful spray and a gentler one. There are two spray heads for the front and the back and we appreciated not having to make any awkward adjustments in the seat to get clean. The spray heads have covers, which makes cleanup easier, too.
We did have some help during setup, but it took just 10 minutes to install even without looking at the instructions. It’s worth noting that to use the heat function on the Omigo, you have to attach one of the nozzles to a sink pipe. If your bathroom’s layout doesn’t permit that configuration, you could try a bidet attachment with just the spray function.
Aside from the ease of use and its effectiveness, the unit also does a nice job of blending in with the toilet.
How It Performed After Three Months
We used this bidet daily for three months and didn't notice any changes in its quality or performance. Though it took some time to get used to, we loved the dual nozzle that made it so we didn't have to turn our body awkwardly to get our desired level of cleanliness.

Overall, the Bio Bidet by Bemis Essential Toilet attachment is the best bidet attachment if you don’t want to invest too much in a unit. Clear-cut directions made it a cinch to install it on our own using just a wrench. Though you’ll want to remember to make sure you’ve turned the water off to prevent leakage.
No electricity is needed to power the Bio Bidet, which we found easy to use. Just turn the knob to choose the wash setting (front or back) and select the strength of the spray.
We liked how effective the Bio Bidet was at cleaning and found it went seamlessly into our daily routine. At this budget-friendly price point, you won’t find advanced features as you will on some of the more expensive bidets, but the ease of installation and simplicity of use makes it a great value.
How It Performed After Three Months
Overall, we thought the bidet function, knob, and unit overall worked great. We liked the simplicity of the product and noted that it cleaned well. During testing, we did notice a small, slow drip begin to occur where the bidet attaches to the toilet. We think the washer needed to be replaced, however, which would resolve the issue.

Overall, we think the Toto C100 Electronic Bidet Seat is worth the investment. The bidet seat performed well during testing and featured several features we liked, including a heated seat and a dryer.
We were able to install this model in about 20 minutes, though it's worth noting that you'll need access to an outlet to operate it. During installation, we needed an extension cord to finish the job.
The bidet attachment features large buttons that clearly explain what each of them does. That being said, there was some trial and error with using this pick, so we recommend reading over the instructions first.
Overall, we thought this pick performed very well and we felt that with each use, we left cleaner than when we started. We also particularly liked the heating feature, which came in handy for us during early, cold mornings.

Part of what makes this bidet attachment by Tushy one of the best is that there’s no learning curve with it, even if you’re a bidet beginner. We found the controls to be very intuitive. There’s a knob for adjusting the water pressure and a toggle that redirects the angle of the spray.
We found the Tushy Classic 3.0 Bidet Toilet Seat Attachment to be more effective than toilet paper alone. However, it was easier to adjust our own position on the seat rather than the angle of the spray.
The manufacturer claims you can set the Tushy up in under eight minutes, but note that this does not include taking off your current toilet seat. You’ll need a wrench to install it and we found the bidet sockets to be a bit challenging.
There’s no water heater attachment for the Tushy, so if you’re a newbie, this might come as a surprise. We appreciated the self-cleaning nozzle, which made cleanup much easier. You may want to consider getting a smaller cleaning brush, though, as a regular brush might be too big.

The Bemis Supreme Seat is the best bid attachment to consider if you prefer a hot water option. It took just about 10 minutes to install it, thanks to easy-to-follow instructions. Though there is some trial and error with the nozzle angle, the hot water and hot air will make you feel very clean.
It’s worth noting that the drying function heats up rather quickly, so do take care in using it. The auto function is fine on its own, but it’s worth experimenting with the nozzle to get the angle and spray strength that’s ideal for you.

The beauty of this American Standard bidet attachment is that you don’t have to worry about hooking it up to an outlet to use it, though you still have access to important features like an adjustable sprayer.
We found it to be easy and quick to install, thanks in part to a stencil that was very helpful in determining where to place the plate on the elongated toilet. Once that was in place, the seat slid in easily.
The simplicity of this bidet is what won us over. It fits in seamlessly with the toilet lid, which closes slowly without slamming. We found it to be intuitive to use. It’s also easy to clean, thanks to a seat that removes easily as well as removable nozzle tips.

An ice-cold toilet seat is never pleasant, especially in the middle of the night. The Toto Electric Heated Bidet Toilet Seat takes care of that with its heated seat feature. You will have to plug it in to take advantage of a warm tush, though, so you might need to purchase an extension cord if you do not have the right setup in your bathroom.
Installation took about an hour and you will need a Phillips screwdriver and a drill to complete the task. Though it was securely on, we noticed that the seat didn’t line up completely, so this might annoy some more fastidious folks.
The Toto’s got plenty of features and options, including heat settings for the seat and water, and a dryer. You can also adjust the placement of the wand and the water pressure. Plus, you can even program it with personalized settings for up to two people.
If you’re new to the world of bidets, this might be a bit overwhelming to have so many options. However, we found it to be an easy-to-use and effective option overall.

The Brondell CleanSpa is a simple, handheld sprayer that’s intuitive to use, so it’s worth considering if you’re new to using them. A spring-loaded lever makes it easy to adjust the pressure of the spray—push harder for more intensity or ease up for a less powerful spray.
It took us around 35 minutes to install the bidet on our own because of the particular toilet setup we were using, plus parts of the instructions were a bit unclear. However, the troubleshooting tips were helpful in getting everything up and running.
We thought this would be a gentle yet effective option for bathroom trips during the postpartum period and that it could also be good for cleaning off cloth diapers. We felt very clean after using it and only needed a bit of toilet paper to dry off.
